Return & Refund
You can return your order for a refund or an exchange if
- the item is faulty
- the item does not match the descriptions
- you received the wrong item
Product returned must be in the original condition (including packages) together with any bonus items that were provided with the item at the time of purchase. You need to provide the item is unopened.
Items returned after 7 days may not qualify for a refund.
You are not entitled to a refund or an exchange if
- you simply changed your mind
- you misused the product in a way that contributed to the problem
- you found it cheaper somewhere else
- you decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it
- the item is discontinued or it was reduced to clear
The customer is responsible for the cost of an item's return unless it is our fault.
